Drop and Tug 

A sexual act involving two males, one doing push-ups while the other one lays on his back, both giving and receiving oral sex. A variation involves one male doing squats, while the other performs sexual favors. Drop and tugs may be performed in an empty gym or at home, often by males who consider themselves on the 'down low'

"Hey dude, did you go to the gym today?"

"Ya man, Frank and I did 3 sets of 25 drop and tugs. I am beat!"
