For starters, also, a dorodere is an archetype often compared to a Yandere, & they are both similar, but a dorodere is slightly different. Their core feature is that they’re sweet & nice on the outside, but very dark & demented on the inside, often holding many grudges, & perhaps having a twisted objective that they will go out of there way to obtain, even hurting their love interest in the process.
On the romantic side of things, a dorodere may either love then hate their love interest, or feel a weird mix of love & hate towards them.
They’re basically like a Yandere, but instead of being obsessed with a person, they’re obsessed with a twisted goal.
So, the definition of dorodereism is the state of being a dorodere, simple as that.
