1. A term that describes any dangerous and illegal maneuver in a motor vehicle, typical of the normal, yet aggressive, driving practices of New Jersey drivers. Most often, a dirty jerz involves any combination of tailgating, speeding, illegal lane changes, aggressive driving, passing on the shoulder, cutting off other drivers, and/or crashing a car, truck, or motorcycle.

The act of pleasuring someone via licking his/her nostril in a circular motion with varying degrees of nostril depth.
Etymology: Originated from the Greek "Nostril Job," evolved into "NJ" during the Medieval Period. In Modern times has become "The New Jersey" in formal settings, but typically referred to as "The Dirty Jerz" outside of aristocratic families.

Any part of New Jersey that does -not- ascribe to its official nickname of "Garden State." It can be North Jersey, Central, or South. New Jersey is one of the country's largest producer of chemicals, and between Newark, Jersey City, and New York City across the river, New Jersey is without a doubt, dirty.
