Whop,guinea,dago,goomba, take your pick. Basically an I-tie who is disgruntled because they weren't born in Italy. As a rule of thumb the word is butchered with no closeness to actually pronounciation which pisses the person off even more. Ex: "DeyeGuralmo" or "Geranamo"
