(I'm serious about the toilet) + It is also called devious lick.

(principal) Intercom: "IF SOMEONE STEALS THE URINAL SCREENS AND SOAP DISPENSERS AGAIN, WE WILL SWITCH TO ONLINE SCHOOL!!"
