Dextroamphetamine is the Dextro isomer of Amphetamine. Amphetamine comes in the far less active Levoamphetamine and the far more active Dextroamphetamine. Levoamphetamine alone sucks. Racemic Amphetamine is pretty good. Dextroamphetamine is even better. Dextroamphetamine is found in some street speed (Not Meth or Methamphetamine) that someone separated the isomers, and in Dexedrine pills. Tartaric acid is used to separate racemic Amphetamine. Advanced Shake n Bake can give you Dextroamphetamine.

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
