Dextroamphetamine is the Dextro isomer of Amphetamine. Amphetamine comes in the far less active Levoamphetamine and the far more active Dextroamphetamine. Levoamphetamine alone sucks. Racemic Amphetamine is pretty good. Dextroamphetamine is even better. Dextroamphetamine is found in some street speed (Not Meth or Methamphetamine) that someone separated the isomers, and in Dexedrine pills. Tartaric acid is used to separate racemic Amphetamine.
