Demon's Souls Remake

Nexus
>All the dreamy surreal atmosphere gone, almost looks like their Latria.
Boletaria
>Gothic-high fantasy like architecture everywhere despite the fact that is a military wall designed to protect against invasions so makes no reason to build any of it like that because is just going to break and is impossible to properly repair.
>towers added to towers for no reason
>chain gate is a big door now
>vegetation everywhere despite the incident sarting like 4 days before, even the horses are still decomposing and shit is still burning
Latria
>prison of torture
>let's just make it pretty like a church
>let's just add jars and candles everywhere for no reason
>no insect like background noise anymore
>red flags instead of yellow
Shrine of storms
>make it look like a pretty rainy afternoon instead of menacing and oppresive atmosphere that just keps build and building up but never discharges
>Stonefang
>what about making flamelurker look like a balrog
>what about making the arena look like an unrealistic and out of place entrance hall to the dragon with perfectly set up bones to the side and a dragon looking entrance that clashes with the rest of the level for no reason.
Joe: Have you heard of that Demon's Souls Remake?
Sugma: You mean that $70 cash-grab that's art direction was decided by the WoW devs?

Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)

An armpit enthusiast — typically of the scent, appearance, and touch of hairy underarms.
That dude’s such a pitpig, I have to wear deodorant to keep him at bay.

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.

Huge. Surpassing normal expectations.
I was fishing with a Spinner Bait and a HONKIN pike came after it and hit it . Felt like a lawnmower running over a brick.
