Delmar/Demar
(This definition includes variations such as Demarc, Delmarc, Delmark, Demark or Del) A guy usually of Caribbean heritage (Jamaican, Haitian, Trini, St. Vincent, St. Lucian...Etc.), rather cute looking guys, they are very popular and well known throughout social settings. They don't ever have to try hard in order to make friends, people are just naturally drawn to them. They are naturally highly intuitive and are a good judge of character. Delmars/Demars are great at mentally observing people's behavior they know a good guy(girl) from a bad guy(or girl). Delmars/Demars have great insight which is why many people value their opinion on many matters, people can look to them for clarity. . Delmars/Demars have a keen sense of discernment they have the ability to see what others can not. A Delmar/Demar will invite you into their home and offer you up a place to stay if they trust you. trouble Delmars/Demars are very open minded and have a way of listening to you without judging you. There are times when they do not want to be around people as sociable as they are at times they feel drained being around too many people for extended periods of time this includes their own friends. Delmars/Demars will isolate themselves in order to recharge please do not take it personal if you find a Delmars/Demars distancing themselves from you. Delmars/Demars are stand up guys.
