Dandi-Balls 

Walking around with your scrotum hanging out and intentionally exposed. Usually through an open fly.

During rush week, several frats required dandi-balls of their pledges.

I was so drunk last night at the Christmas party I walked around with dandi-balls. I have a meeting at 2 pm today with Human Resources. Wonder what that’s about?

A game enjoyed by the lordship of Bavaria from 1430 to 1505. It involved three naked men gathering around a circle 10 feet in diameter. They would run around the circle attempting to reach up from behind and tickle the person in fronts testicles. The last person to remain in the circle without laughing themselves to the ground was crowned the champion.

"Ludwig and I enjoyed a nice, friendly game of Dandyballs earlier in the day. He tickled Luitpolds testicles so fiercely, he fell to the ground laughing and crying!"

dandieballs 

A man who is very forgetful and has skewed reasoning behaviors almost constantly. Also in debates he will present information that has no previous research to back it up, but will be claimed as correct.

I know this dandieballs who dropped out of a class because it was too easy and he knew he wouldn't focus in class, so he would get a bad grade in the class, but the class is still mandatory to take for his major.
