DBAB “don’t be a Barb”. Similar to a Karen who complains about everything. Barbaras respond to every social media post asking a simple question/posting a listing/asking to find/borrow something with unsolicited BS responses on other options, including wiki cut/paste of all their knowledge on the subject.

When someone posts a real estate rental listing DBAB and respond with every other house in the area that you think is similar and cheaper.
