Cuddle bugs is when you and ur homie are in the bed and you have that split second where it goes quiet and you turn to look at each other. In that moment you then proceeded ask your homie “yo cuddle bugs?” and then their likes “cuddle bugs” It’s basically cuddling but you have to say cuddle bugs, which makes the moment special.
