CTDR basically stans for "Change To Desired Race". It is like RCTA and ECTA!
It is valid, but only if itz for a good reason. Or if you're bait, than please stop baiting.

REAL CTDR/GOOD REASON

1- Change To Desired Race! I'm Thai now!
2- May I ask why you are CTDR?
1- Because I have been bullied for my race + I've never felt connected to my dead race.
2- Oh! That's ok, you are Thai now! Do you have a name you would liked to be called now?

FAKE/BAIT/BAD REASON CTDR
1- OMG (insert name here)-CHAN I HAVE TO TELL YOU SOMETHING! ITZ SO SUGOI!!
2- Um... Ok??
1- I'M CTDR! I'M JAPANESE SO I AM SO KAWAII SUGOI NOW!
2- Ok, but may I ask why you're CTDR?
1- So I feel kawaii and sugoi!! I'm finally not basic! I'm so kawaii! Call me Sakura-Chan!
2- Sakura, I support your decision, but that isn't a good reason to be CTDR.

CTDR is the acronym for ‘Change to Desired Race’, it is used by individuals that wish to change their race (or ethnicity).
Other terms include RCTA (Race Change to Another), and ECTA (Ethnicity Change to Another).

“I am CTDR, i wish to change to (specificed) race for (reason).”
