Crackle mouth is known to an amphetamine user to possess extreme dehydration of the mouth and esophagus to the point of cracks on the inner tonsil, adenoids, and cause soreness of the throat as well as the roof of the mouth if not taking care of upon realization it will gain extra soreness and cause irritable bleeding and deeper soreness, crackle mouth does not put you to sleep as shown in the picture below
