A cotch is commonly misconceived as an STD or "crotch" misspelled however cotches are painful owwies on your feet due to shoes.

In South African slang, meaning "to vomit".

"cotching" can also be used.

Originally from the Afrikaans word "kots" of the same meaning.

More powerful and expressive than puke or barf.
