Conversion Therapy 

Because nobody else actually gave a definition, opting instead to give their opinions, here's the definition I found on Wikipedia:
"Conversion therapy is the pseudoscientific practice of trying to change an individual's sexual orientation from homosexual or bisexual to heterosexual using psychological or spiritual interventions."

Conversion Therapy is indeed a form of brainwashing, but people should know the full definition, not just that it's bad.

Conversion Therapy 

One of the worst religous practices to exist in the United States, due to its controversial methods. Many of the poor people who attend there are scarred for life or commit suicide later on.

The practice of using emotional intervention or some form of encouragement to change a persons sexual orientation to heterosexual (straight).

Guy 1 (lets say bisexual): Should I try conversion therapy, I'm not sure about this decision.
