Word origins: Originally started with the word 'convince', but the word 'persuade' came out as well. Similar to the word 'grool' in the movie "Mean Girls", when Cady meant to say cool, but then started to say great.

Guy: There's a party Friday night! Everyone's gonna be there!
Girl: Um... I don't know...
Guy: Come on! What do I have to do to consuade you?

As many stupid-a** "you may be entitled to a share of a huge class-action settlement" banner-ads dat I see on da Internet, those advertisers seem to think dat we are all just a bunch of opportunistic consuemers!
