A person who claims to be a communist but actually knows next to nothing about it. They are probably from a relatively wealthy family that would have been purged under a communist regime. They probably saw a meme about communism and now identify as one.

Communizzle: COMMINISM COMMUNISM!

Normal human being: Do u even know what communism means?

Communizzle: DIE CAPITALIST SCUM!
