When the bathroom is completely empty so you are free to comfortably poop at whatever volume and intensity you like without facing embarrassment.

When you are sitting nice {comfy} on the {toilet} in a relaxed state and your back is reclined while you are taking a {dump}. It is defined by the position of the back and also a peace of mind !
Man I've had a really long day and I can't wait to get home to my OWN {toilet} and take a nice comfy dump.
