Colorguard old

A term used for Colorguard and Winterguard members .When you’re Young enough to still Participate in Drum corps (under 21) but have the bone structure and aches of a 90 year old person. Shin splits, knee problems, broken ankles, jammed fingers, pulled muscles and tendinitis is common when you’re Colorguard old. Generally used when You have been spinning since middle school or highschool, and are relatively young, but are old and feel as though you’re decaying physically.
Person 1: Man why are your Knees CRACKING like that during that squat?

Person 2: Bro that’s bc I’m weak and colorguard old.
