Cognizant Manlet

A short man (typically under 5'9") who is fully awake to the systemic heightism and anti-short sentiment pervading modern society — not just in dating, but economically, socially, and institutionally. Unlike "heightpilled" individuals who seek leg-lengthening surgery, insoles, or tall women to "save their bloodline," a Cognizant Manlet rejects those dehumanizing solutions entirely. He accepts his stature without shame, detaches from the system that devalues him, and refuses to perform sacrificial "real man" roles (military, protection, dangerous labor) for a society that won't respect him during peace. He practices "psychological judo" — using society's denigration against itself. The CM philosophy draws from Stoicism, Thoreau's civil disobedience, Ernst Jünger's concept of the anarch, and radical individualism. Core principles: opt out, stay low, don't rise, and never be a resource for those who despise you.
“After years of stressing about social status and dating, Jake became a cognizant manlet. He stopped chasing approval, moved closer to nature, and focused on living life on his own terms.”

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.

Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
