Cockblocktober

October 2011.

The time period between October 4, 2011 and November 8, 2011.

The first hiatus of the third season of Glee. It is nicknamed "Cockblocktober" because a few days before the hiatus began, it was revealed that characters Kurt Hummel and Blaine Anderson are going to have sex with each other for the first time in the episode that airs on November 8th. The episode is highly anticipated by the fandom, but they must wait an entire month until it happens, thus instigating a cockblock among the fandom.
Person 1: How excited are you to see Kurt and Blaine have sex?
Person 2: So excited! I can't believe we have to suffer through Cockblocktober though.

Bryce: Fucking Kalan and his damn Cockblock-tober bullshit. Good luck getting laid for 31 days while this dickhead is around.

Example 2

Dirk: Bro, nobody's getting laid this month

Clark: Why? Bitches on their periods?

Dirk: Naw, dawg... It's Cockblock-tober and this year, I'm takin' home the gold.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
