Cloudy-Chan

Cloudy-chan is a troll on discord, Twitter and Instagram very similar to Rainy-chan who is also a troll. Cloudy-Chan is apparently Rainy-chan's sister/twin, Cloudy-Chan is supposed to be the 'sadder' and 'nicer' version of Rainy-chan coming from her name.

Cloudy-Chan is extra sad today! Did rainy do anything to her?
