An anus, called the 'cigar cutter' because it resembles the cutting action of a cigar when a turd is half way out.

The phone was ringing in the middle of my dump, so I pinched it off half way with my cigar cutter.

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
