An American Weeb who thinks he belongs to a race of people who's country got obliterated by fucking artificial creatures and was parentless resulting him living in the streets dealing and taking drugs to be later raised and taught the ways of the ninja by a ninja who would also later be killed by assassins and in result made Chipp strive to be president of God knows what.
