Billy Bob called Chris a "Sheep" for wearing a mask in a grocery store, so Chris called BillyBob "Cheap Beef", recognizing that Billy Bob only refuses to wear a mask because it's what his friends do.

Cheap beef

The kind of guy who is a bit tough right now but who you know will be perfect and tender after marinating for a few years. Usually need to grow up and experience more life before settling down. He isn’t what you thought you wanted but he’s exactly what you need, and right in front of you.

Sarah: Just wait a couple of years, he’s cheap beef.
