Chafeelin is a verb used to describe a feeling that overtakes the body of an individual who lacks brain cells and does not have many thoughts. When they do have thought they start chafeelin it because they aren't used to this action of having a thought. Someone who chafeels feels strong emotions and has a brain full of active thoughts.
