People or person paid by the government to cause events that create disaster and panic. Chaos theory that is planned and purposeful and pays big. Usually distracts people from whats really going on because its all over the news and everything is talking about it.
He's a chaosmaker so if he's here you know somethings about to crumble, explode or catch fire.

Someone who can predict the outcome of events because he built the board and the pieces, and he created the sequence of events of the pieces on the board. The Chessmaker is usually manifested upon a potent mixture of alcohol and high dosage of nicotin.
