Chamberlin Rock

A giant boulder made of glacial granite that weighed between 42 and 70 tons, which was removed from University of Wisconsin-Madison campus after a bunch of moron college students discovered an article about it from 1925 where it was referred to one time as a 'N****rhead'. They then spent $50,000 to remove the rock from the campus because they thought it was a symbol of hatred towards black people, even though it wasn't, because obviously its a damn rock that cannot do anything. So instead of using the 50 grand to help homeless people or fund scholarships for BIPOC students, they decided to waste it to move a rock a few miles away that was already there long before humans even walked on that land.
Ben Shapiro: "A rock that students call a symbol of racism has been removed from campus...50 thousand dollars..to remove a 42 ton boulder... its a ROCK."
Spongebob: "Its not just a boulder...its a Chamberlin rock *cries*"

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
