This term is generally used to describe girls specially hot and/or bitchy in the Baile Funk parties. Cachorra in the dictionary means female dog. Most girls only like to be called that inside a bedroom. lol

O termo é usado para designar aquelas garotas safadas e deliciosas do baile.

It is most common in Colombia.
