It’s a Templic Word and a fancy way ofnsaying boy, cause the spelling boi was getting boring already. It’s pronounced as Bu-wooi. “Put some real emphasis on the B”. This word is especially used when addressing a close friend or a homie. Strongly discouraged to use in a sentence.

Some might spell is as Bwoaiii which is an informal way to spell it, but it is wrong and this spelling is absolutely not acceptable when used in official documents

A council property purchased for below market price due to the current tenants (or prospective buyers) having inhabited said property for a certain length of time, usually a minimum of 5 years. The level of discount is in correllation with the duration of tenancy and also upon what local council happens to be the landlord.
