A bush jockey is a form of pervert. It is someone who hides in the bushes in order to watch people who think they are not being watched. This almost always gets a bush jockey off.
Man : I'm having a real good time tonight, I'd like to see more of you if you know what I mean...

Man : Dammit you stupid Bush Jockey!
Bush Jockey : Oh no, I must flee!
