Bunnsikkel, commonly known as "bonnsoggel", is a Norwegian (more specific: Stavanger) slang.
It is the last bit of drink/food in your cup, bottle or plate. Mostly consisting of spit.

Women with the name of Elise and Katrine will never, EVER, go near it.
