A bum bitch nigga is someone that lives at they mommas house past the age of 40, stirs up a bunch of drama instead of trying to get their life together, thinks that everyone & they momma owes them something, can't find or keep a job can't keep a whip, & depends on everyone to carry their load along with the weight another is already carrying. These people are a waste of life and space. A bum bitch nigga will also lie and steal from the hand that feeds them while taking advantage of the naive.
