A boy lolita is a prepubescent boy who lusts after older men and often is on affairs with them. A lolito is attracted to older men, and a very feminine boy with feminine fashion style. Not to be confused with the term "lolito", a book by Ben Brooks which is quite the opposite in terms of sexuality.
