Boobooed up

When someone's high on something whether it be pills, weed, alcohol, or any other mind altering chemicals that we all love. This term was created by the one and only D.M. himself of course in October of 2003. It's generally spelled out as boobooed up, but some savages tend to spell it as booboo'd up as well.

Jim- Yo let's go cop some white and smoke a woobanger
Joe- You're all boobooed up already Jim do you really need to get more fucked up?
