Another word for an individual of African/African American heritage. Also used to describe a person who behaves in such a fashion. Can be used with either positive or negative connotations depending upon the context.

Gotta love that bleckard Dave Chappelle.

A person or a user who blocks or has blocked you just because you ask for non-profit/non-commissioned requests and/or collabs.

There are users on deviantART who are total blockards, just because they don't take requests and/or collabs.
