A Bieber Dam is when a large horde of Justin Bieber fans block entrys, doors, halls, roads etc. similiar to a beaver dam.

John: Hey I think Justin Bieber's signing autographs in the mall food court today
Sam: Ya he is, did you see the size of that Bieber dam? no one can get through to the other side of the mall.

The equivalent of a Rick Roll on YouTube, but with a Justin Bieber video, instead of Rick Astley.

Can also happen on torrent when you think you are downloading a James Bond movie called "Never Say Never" and then find out it's a Justin Bieber movie.

Bieberdemic 

The Era (2009-unknown) when a teen pop sensation became an epidemic. Every website had at least one comment involving Justin Bieber, Justin Bieber merchandise was everywhere you looked, and his songs played over and over on every Radio Station, every Elementary/Middle school had a numerous number of preteen girls wearing Justin Bieber clothes. Similiar to the Michael Jackson Era, or The Elvis Era, except they actually had talent.

Dave: Did you comment on that Youtube video I showed you last night?

Greg: I was going to, but due to the Bieberdemic all of the other comments involved Justin Bieber, so I didn't even bother.
