2. One who repairs salvaged bicycles and donates to good cause, person, charity.
3. One who is an expert at repairing bicycles.
4. A caring instructor who teaches the art of riding bicycles to children and adults.

The local bicycle whisperer has rescued a dozen bicycles this year from the curbside trash and donated to needed people.

My bicycle mechanic has a knack for repairing all types of vintage bicycles, he is some sort of bicycle whisperer.

Bicycle Whisperer 

An individual who is an expert at restoring and repairing bicycles. Their work is top notch as they take extra care and have a passion for restoring bicycles.

I really wanted to restore my dad's 1970s Schwinn Paramount, so I took it to the local bicycle whisperer who make it look like new again.
