Beachhead Fallacy
When someone wins an argument on an extreme, obvious case everyone agrees with, then uses that win as a foothold to sneak in a much bigger, way more debatable claim — like they never had to argue for the big thing separately.
"She wasn't debating gun control, she was just planting a beachhead fallacy with the one case nobody could say no to."
