When you promote the bassist stereotype by letting your least gifted or less motivated bandmate be the bass player.

Prejudice against singers with lower voices who are unable to sing high notes who typically have to try much harder to sing higher yet are still not appreciated like for example tenors.

Only because his voice is lower doesn’t mean he’s a bad singer! That’s bassism.

Prejudice and injustice against bass singers due to lack of being able to sing high therefore causing others to not care about them even if they try their hardest and instead only caring about tenors for example some of who don’t even try.
