Barypiesophilia

Barypiesophilia is the sexual attraction to, or arousal derived from, being physically squashed, pinned, or heavily pressed under the full body weight of a partner, especially a chubby, fat, or pregnant woman, during intimate acts such as riding cowgirl.

The word comes from three Greek roots:

Bary - (βαρύς) = heavy or weighted

Pieso - (πίεσις) = pressure or to squeeze

Philia - (φιλία) = attraction or love
