It means you have to ban someone,typically an order and if you refuse,you’ll get banned yourself.

Laughing at the same joke that you already used and/or got.

Y/N: Hey! Ban this person,now!

Me: Why?

Y/N: Because! Do it now! Its a banordery!

Or

Y/N: (Insert joke)

Me: Haha! That is extremely hilarious!
