Bacon powder

Not to be confused with baking powder, it is kind of food that you have to eat on long backpacking trips.

Hunter:"What is this?"
Nick:"It's Bacon powder. Eat it or die."

Asked, rather than simply stated, it is a substitute for 'beg your pardon?', used as it sounds the same when said in a particular manner, a la Wayne in Waynes's World
