Same thing as a baby cannon may be used in english slang someone who has too many kids in a short amount of time.

Mia: Did you hear that Brenda is having another baby!
Chloe: Didnt she just give birth to one four months ago?

Mia: Yea she is a real baby popper opens her legs then POP! another baby flies out.

Dr. Pepper Baby

1. A baby who is made to be cuter than the babies of reality, who as a result is a statistical anomaly in the natural baby kingdom.

2. A feeling, not experienced by the baby per second, but more the feeling that is given off by the infant in question.

That's a real Dr. Pepper Baby if I ever saw one.
