BCTL 

A common phrase used by the cheeseheads of wakefield. It refers more specifically to when B.C (Top guy) makes the Best Cup Of Tea of your Life and your so psyched for it you tell him it was a BCTL because he's chief at making tea. Especially if your blazed and its 4am he will sort you out.
