Autist Strength is a term referring to the observed ability for certain autistic individuals to exhibit physical strength far exceeding what is expected, often resulting from strength dysregulation or states of emotional distress.

Person A: "X ripped the door of its hinges."
Person B: "Yeah, they've got that Autist Strength."
