Eg: Medico, a twitteratti who is an extreme hatemonger of Anitha has final stage of Anithaphobia and is becoming a psychopath.She is too obsessed with Anitha to the extent of staking Anitha every single day though she hates Anitha.Medico is renowned for morphing pictures of Anitha and her husband and spread hatred towards them.Many twitter investigators also managed to find out that Medico is the admin of multiple fake accounts which spread hatred on trio Aari,Anitha & Sanam.
