Angus Diet

Not an official diet. A "pretend" diet promoted by commercials by a certain company to get people to purcahse that company's products.

Angus must be some pretty healthy meat to make it the basis of a diet.

Fat-free meat. Who knew?

Angusiety

The fear or dread you feel from impending ridicule when you realise you responded with high self praise to your own post without signing out and into one of your other social burner accounts.

"I'm feeling a great deal of angusiety"

"Why?"
Because I just responded "Fantastic. Great Job. Well done" to my own post.
"You did sign out first? And sign into one of your burner accounts? Right?"
"Um, no."
