Short for age regression, a 100% sfw coping mechanism for some people to deal with trauma or mental illness. It is not at all affiliated with age play, which is a kink, and many regressers don’t like interacting with those into age play

Agere

Agere is a shortened version of age regression. Age regression is 100% sfw. Agere is a coping mechanism for all people. Some people age regress if they are feeling bad mentally. Agere isn't always a choice and sometimes is used as a form of therapy due to childhood trauma. Age regression is NOT age play, a kink.

Agere is a good coping mechanism that I use.

Commonly expressed in online forum boards with at least 7 typos accompanied with a particular expression or point of view by a narrowminded individual.

Many variations of typos for the phrase exist considering the writer often types in rage, although one similarity between all variations is typically a liberal use of caps locks.

Workplace Aggression

Logically enough workplace aggression is specifically aggression that occurs in the workplace. It is commonly found within a toxic workplace and can include a variety of unpleasant behaviours. These can range from verbal, (insulting people, spreading rumours, telling lies or maliciously instituting grievance procedures), to physical attacks (pushing, slapping, punching or attacking with a weapon). It’s the sort of behaviour which, if it was carried out on the street would, in many cases result in arrest by the police or prosecution in the Civil Courts.

Workplace aggression is a symptom of a toxic workplace.
