Accidentally important

Adjective

Without intentionally seeking power, or influence, you find that by following your instincts, beliefs, and morals you discovered that an action or even the culmination of your actions mattered more than you originally believed, giving you greater significance than you imagined.
Person A: oh wow I know I reported some minor fraud happening at my workplace but I didn't expect to have been the reason why so much more was discovered.

Person B: Yeah man. I didn't expect for you to become accidentally important but it's great to see your integrity made something big happen.
